1.Purpose of the product.
The installation for piercing the soil USPM-30 is a mechanized installation that allows you to perform trenchless laying of cases, pipes, cables, collectors for heat pumps, etc., using the technology of static puncture of the soil. This method of puncture is based on the formation of a cylindrical cavity in the soil due to radial displacement and compaction of the soil with a cone-shaped tip. The work is carried out by the method of statistical puncture in soils of 1 - 3 categories under highways, tram tracks, railway embankments, swampy soils, forests, etc. with the subsequent broaching of a cable or HDPE pipe or metal. The small-sized soil puncture unit is designed for laying various types of underground communications in dispersed, elastic soils for cases of small lengths and diameters.

Hydraulic oil is used for the operation of the plant. The system is driven from a hydraulic station or a hydraulic system of construction equipment, by attaching flexible high-pressure pipelines to it. The working volume of hydraulic fluid for the operation of the installation should be at least 10 liters. The Pressure gauge installed in the system shows the pressure of the working fluid in the hydraulic system of the installation when performing work. In cases of exceeding the nominal pressure level of the working fluid, a safety valve is activated, which protects the gydraulic system from further overload.
3. Order of work.
The pits for placing the installation and exit of the piercing head must be at least 1500 mm long, along the puncture axis, at least 1000 mm wide, and height, depending on the required depth of the communication, plus the distance from the bottom of the pit to the puncture axis. The bottom of the pit in which the unit is installed should be as horizontal as possible. With a pit depth of more than 1 m, the walls must be made with slopes. A wooden shield is laid at the bottom of the pit, on which a piercing unit is installed. Between the base plate of the installation and the back wall of the pit, wooden blocks are placed to increase the area of \u200b\u200bsupport on the ground. The unit is connected to the oil station using two pressure hoses corresponding to the marking. The hose outlet from the oil pump must correspond to the connection through the BRS couplings to the hydraulic distributor on the side of the pressure gauge, port “P”, and the outlet from the side of the oil filter to port “T” on the marking of the hydraulic distributor. A rod is installed in the clamping mechanism in the initial position and fixed. A piercing head is screwed onto the end of the rod with an external thread. When the working fluid is supplied to the piston cavities of the hydraulic cylinders, the clamping mechanism moves forward together with the rod and the piercing head. With the help of adjustable supports and a beam, set the installation horizontally, according to the level attached to the rod or piercing head zonally, according to the level attached to the rod or piercing head.
We move the clamping mechanism back, fix the bar again and move forward. After that, the direction of the puncture in the horizontal and vertical planes is checked. After completion of the puncture, the puncture head is dismantled, and an expander of the required diameter is screwed in its place. Then the piercing unit, in the pit, is turned 180° in plan, and the process of reaming the well is performed. When this occurs, the extracted rods from the cavity of the well.
