1. PURPOSE
A small-sized hydraulic installation for the destruction (rehabilitation) of pipes is designed for trenchless replacement of old pipelines by destroying them and pulling a new pipe of the same diameter or larger during the reconstruction of various types of underground utilities: water supply, sewerage, gas pipeline in cramped urban conditions.
2. DESIGN FEATURES
The installation has an optimal combination of weight and overall characteristics, simplicity and cost-effectiveness in maintenance. It has a modular design, which made it possible to reduce the weight of the heaviest unit to 60 kg. Installation of the installation is carried out by two people manually, without the involvement of lifting equipment.
For installation and operation of the installation, a well with a diameter of 0.7 meters is sufficient. It is possible to pull from well to well, which completely excludes earthworks. Manual control.
3. OPERATING PRINCIPLE
A new pipe is pulled inside the old one, destroying it. The process is carried out with the help of a traction device, which operates from an autonomous hydroelectric station. The old pipeline is destroyed with the help of knives and an expander. Its remains are pressed into the ground.

4. GYDRAULIC SYSTEM
Hydraulic oil is used for the operation of the plant. The system is driven from a hydraulic station or a hydraulic system of construction equipment, by attaching flexible high-pressure pipelines to it. The working volume of hydraulic fluid for the operation of the installation should be at least 10 liters. The Pressure gauge installed in the system shows the pressure of the working fluid in the hydraulic system of the installation when performing work. In cases of exceeding the nominal pressure level of the working fluid, a safety valve is activated, which protects the gydraulic system from further overload.
5. ROPE CLAMP.
They allow you to quickly and easily install a steel cable into the USGT-30 installation by one person, without any manipulations with the fastening of the clamps in the installation, without pulling the clamps through the cable.
