The small-sized modular drilling rig is designed for drilling wells at an angle to the horizon in a wide range of spindle speeds. Works can be carried out on open areas, inside buildings and structures.

3. Drilling methods:

• rotary auger drilling;

• rotary drilling “dry” (without using a cleaning agent);

• rotary core drilling of wells for various purposes with bottom hole cleaning using a flushing liquid or a stream of compressed air;

• rotary impact drilling using downhole pneumatic hammers;

• drilling of vertical and inclined wells in rocks of categories 1-12.

4. Design features:

• Modular design, light weight and dimensions make it possible to transport the disassembled plant, oil station, rods and a set of necessary tools on a light trailer, light trucks and minibuses.

• Oil station with a capacity of 13 hp. has an active heat exchanger, temperature and oil level control in the hydraulic tank, oil filter. A reliable, affordable single-flow gear oil pump is installed.

•Remote Control. Allow flexible control of the hydraulic system. Provides smooth adjustment of the rotator speed, speed and feed force, fully control the drilling process in a rational mode and apply different technologies depending on the type of rock and rock cutting tool.

• The rotator has a hinged design, equipped with a flushing stuffing box.

Structural elements of the drilling rig are made taking into account the arising loads and have a reliable design.
